Service Catalog

The fundamental objectives of the catalog are:

  • Formalize the relationship with clients through a unique relationship resource, improving mutual understanding.
  • Provide greater visibility, transparency and information to client entities and users about the services they receive.
  • Establish a quality model based on agreements associated with the services that EJIE provides.
  • Contribute to the continuous adaptation of EJIE to client needs through a flexible resource that in turn allows the incorporation, modification or elimination of services in a controlled manner.
  • Serve as a central resource of reference to align the different internal initiatives of EJIE, whether current or future initiatives.

The Service Catalog document contains the following information:

  • The description of the service catalog
  • The definition of each line of service and the services contained in them
  • Set of files that reflect the definition, main characteristics and typologies of each service in the catalog
  • The standard service level agreements
  • ENS compliance category by service

Catalog

Convergent services, established as such by the Strategic ICT Commission according to Decree 36/2020 of March 10th of the Basque Government. These are services common to the entire Basque public sector and provided by EJIE as the managing body.

To facilitate their management, these services have been grouped into the following service lines, which represent activities and products with similar characteristics, or focused on the same area of operation:
