Technical Support and Consulting

Services that include EJIE's advice, consulting and support to its clients, based on specialized personnel with knowledge in any of the following areas:

  • Specialized knowledge in a certain technological field (communications, projects, security).
  • Knowledge of technological solutions on the market that respond to standard customer needs.
  • Knowledge of the Public Administration, the Basque Government and the processes they carry out.

Within the Technical Support and Consulting line, EJIE has the following services:

The objective of the Technical Support service is to provide specialized personnel to EJIE clients, based on the needs specified by them.

The Consulting service includes the dedication of EJIE's expert staff in different fields (infrastructures, projects, security, definition of standards), for the analysis of clients' needs, and the definition of solutions and associated action plans.
