General rules

If you wish to access EJIE, please arrange and confirm the visit in advance. Identify yourself to the security service with your ID, communicate the name of the person to visit and wait for them to receive you.

Security will give you a badge that authorizes access; wear it at all times.

If you are interested in contacting another person in the organization, you must tell the person you are visiting, so that they can make the appropriate arrangements and guide you to them.

Once your visit is over, you must deposit the badge in the place authorized for it.

The staff of the General Administration of the Autonomous Community of Euskadi that the Directorate of EJIE establishes will have free access to the facilities after validation of the identification card that accredits them as such.

Regulations for personnel of awarded companies assigned as personal resources of awarded contracts.

As a general rule, the personnel of awarded companies assigned as personal resources of awarded contracts do not have access authorization to the building. When for exceptional reasons for the provision of the contracted service, on-site presence is required, it must be accredited at the Security station by presenting the current access card issued by the business preventive coordination platform that EJIE establishes, together with the state ID, and wait to be attended

The personnel of successful bidders assigned as personal resources to certain awarded contracts, subject to express authorization by the procedure established by EJIE, may access the building through an exclusive access card for external personnel, linked to the business preventive coordination platform established by EJIE.

The personnel of successful bidders assigned as personal resources of awarded contracts will only have access to the specially authorized area on the first floor of the building, as well as to the area authorized for meetings with visits.
