Consultancy and technical assistance

These services provide the advice, consultancy and support that EJIE offers its customers on the basis of expertise in the following areas:

  • Specialised know-how in a certain technological fields (communications, projects and security).
  • Knowledge of commercially available technological solutions that meet the customers’ standard requirements.
  • Knowledge of the Basque public administration and Government and the processes they perform.

EJIE provides the following services in the consultancy and technical assistance line:

The Technical Assistance service provides specialised personnel to EJIE’s customers in accordance with their needs.

The Consultancy service provides personnel with expertise in various fields (infrastructures, projects, security, definition of standards) for analysis of customer requirements and definition of the associated solutions and action plans.
