PRIOR COMMUNICATION FOR ACCESS TO THE EJIE PREMISES
This procedure for controlling and managing access to the EJIE premises is established for professional visits. In case of non-compliance, it will be understood that the presence of the person is not justified within the premises, and therefore entry will not be authorized. If you wish to access, you must: You can optionally provide an e-mail address in case you wish to receive confirmation of your request by e-mail. In case you do not receive the e-mail, please inform the person you would like to visit.

Visit Registry - EJIE

It is important that you indicate a sufficient time margin (approximately 30 minutes) for both arrival and departure times, as access will only be permitted during the interval you specify.

General Rules for Visits

If you would like to visit EJIE, please schedule your visit beforehand using the registration form on the website. Identify yourself to the security service with your identity document, communicate the name of the person to visit and wait for them to receive you.

Security will give you a badge that authorizes access; wear it at all times.

If you need access to the DPC or restricted areas notify the person you are going to visit so they can obtain authorisation.

If you are interested in contacting another person in the organization, you must tell the person you are visiting, so that they can make the appropriate arrangements and guide you to them.

Once your visit is over, you must deposit the badge in the place authorized for it.

Security Directives and Confidentiality Agreement

During your visit to the EJIE facilities, you agree to:

  • Stay with the person designated by EJIE at all times and follow their instructions
  • Not examine, touch, or take possession of any item in the spaces unless it is authorised by EJIE staff.
  • You may have access to confidential information, and you promise to not use it, remove it from the EJIE facilities, or share the information

    "Confidential information" is any kind of information, including personal data, or material belonging to EJIE or its clients which you may (intentionally or accidentally) access during your visit in any format, including without limitation, EJIE processes, software, tools, plans, system architectures, business plans, financial information or other kinds of confidential information.

    You accept and commit to the duty of confidentiality in regards to all confidential information you may come into contact with as a consequence of your visit. Breaking the duty of confidentiality will result in seeking liability and any resulting damages.

  • Do not make any audio or video recordings or photographs with any device, including a phone, unless it is specifically authorised in writing by the EJIE Security Manager or designated person. Written authorisation by the manager may include specific details about what may be photographed or recorded. Any recording, either audio, video or photograph, must be made under the supervision of the manager or designated person and must not include any kind of confidential information.
Emergency Situations - Conduct of visitors to the facilities

Evacuation orders will be given by the Emergency Team.

  • Stay CALM. Do not run outside screaming. Leave in an orderly group and stay close to the wall.
  • DO NOT stop to retrieve personal objects
  • DO NOT use the lifts
  • Follow the emergency signs
  • HELP anyone who needs it
Important: Do the following in any emergency situation.
  • If you can control it yourself without risk, do so and then report it.
  • If you cannot control it without risk, notify the person designated by EJIE who is accompanying you on your visit.
MEETING POINT:

First: The car park on the south side next to the dining area. For visitors, the meeting point is indicated by PO (next to the entrance to the dining hall). Secondary: Outside the grounds on the side-walk of Avda. del MediterrĂ¡neo protected by the fence, and letting the emergency services get by without standing in the road.

When you are at the meeting point DO NOT go back for any reason.
